This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom and 4 and 1/2 bathroom home is just a short walk to the beach and two blocks from Main Street.

It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the beach – three SMART TVs with cable TV (placed in the master bedroom, family room and living room), high speed wireless internet, four beach cruiser bikes to enjoy the 15 mile bike path by the beach and a full-size washer and dryer.

Two outdoor patios plus roof top deck. Roof top deck has a sunroom furnished with a queen bed, dresser, small closet, bathroom with shower. The outside deck has two chaise lounges, one sofa, four comfortable chairs, large cooler, and an umbrella.

Ground floor back patio has a dining table with a fire pit in the middle and six chairs along with a barbecue. You can also enjoy the sun or a nice evening on the front patio with four lovely comfortable chairs, an umbrella and another fire pit.

Master bedroom has great views and gorgeous furniture. Master bathroom has double sink and jacuzzi tub to relax after a day at the beach. The other large bedroom suite has beautiful outdoor patio. In essence, there are two master suites to share.

This home is an excellent choice for you and your family if you want to be close to the beach yet only a few blocks from Main Street!

This house is perfect in location with plenty of space for the entire family. We stayed for several months earlier this year. Lawrence and his assistant were both so very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. When we needed to extend our stay, we were able to with no issues. It's truly a great house in a great location with walking distance to everything. My daughter enjoyed the street fair on Tuesday nights.

The home was the perfect size for 8 of us and close to everything. Beach is only a block away and Main Street is two blocks away. Would definitely stay again. Owners were very accommodating.

Great location, very busy street great for people watching!! Great size house and layout. cooking utensils needs improvement like pots and pans!!! The house could have been cleaner!!!

My husband and I and all of the kids and grandkids met at this rental to enjoy some much needed time together as a family. We were so excited with the roominess and the amenities that this rental offered. It had everything we needed and then some (there was even laundry soap, dishwasher soap, TP, paper towels etc and even movies to watch). Everyone was great to work with and responded to emails with questions quickly, and the deposit was returned about 9-10 business days after the stay.

Overall our stay was great! The house was perfect for our needs. Really good location. Weather perfect - cool breezes, so no need for air conditioning. Walk to everything you need. I would go back and recommend it.

The house is perfectly located near Main Street, where there's plenty of restaurants and bars to explore. The beach seems like 20 steps from the house. The house included beach cruisers making it really fun and easy to ride around Huntington Beach. The rooftop patio is a great place to hang out with friends and family while getting to view the beach and the area around the house. I highly recommend this beach house! Our experience was hands down one of the best to date.

This house is in a great location for downtown Huntington Beach, the beach, and the pier. The owner provides lots of extras like tissues, soap, etc. We visited a lot of beach towns on this trip and HB is one of the nicest next to Laguna Beach. Very spacious, clean home, would highly recommend it. Six of us were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors as well!
